The Ohio Department of Transportation offers rebates on e-bikes
Columbus, Ohio is investing $250,000 in rebates for e-bike purchases at local bicycle shops.
Residents with incomes up to $150,000 are eligible for the payments.
Residents have criticized the city's lack of bike safety despite
the program's push toward greater sustainability.
