An update on Social Security: A direct payment of
$914 is scheduled to arrive within three days
An additional payment for September will be made in
three days to recipients of the Supplemental Security
Income program, whose maximum payment is $914.
In response to a schedule kink in the Social Security Administration,
a monthly installment will be replaced with the irregular payment on Friday.
It was issued on Sept. 1 that the first payment was issued.
It is required that filers be 65 or older and meet specific financial qualifications in order to qualifie for the payment.
