In the class action lawsuit, Acuity is accused of failing to protect the personal
information of over 100,000 people from unauthorized access.
Comprehensive Health Services did not admit fault, but agreed to settle the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum.

If you are one of the consumers whose information has been stolen,
you can receive up to $500 for any expenses you incurred.
It can include bank fees, credit card expenses, and three hours of lost time at $20 per hour.
A payment of up to $3,500 is available if your identity was stolen
Due to the breach, as long as you can show documented expenses.
